Who is ODONI?

Odoni Homes and Construction which is located at Awka Anambra State Nigeria, is a new residential construction and general contracting firm, also into property management. Odoni Homes and Construction provides quality and affordable new homes throughout the eastern region of Nigeria which is where we are more focused currently. Odoni Homes and Construction plan on touching every area of Nigeria and other African countries as well. Odoni Homes and Construction is headed by Chukwuma Fredrick Obinna, an entrepreneur who’s got 4 years of working experience in the real estate industry.
While Chukwuma Fredrick Obinna has been in the home construction business for some time, it was in August, 2021 that he decided to launch Odoni Homes and Construction. Specifically, during this time, Obinna met with an old friend and civil engineer in Awka, who has had tremendous success and 20 years of experience in residential construction. After discussing the business at length, Obinna clearly understood that running a construction business and managing a team of subcontractors would enjoy significant success in his country.

Specifically, the customers' demographics and competitive situations in different regions of the world and his country were so similar that he knew the business would work. After surveying the country’s population and the industry’s statistics, Obinna went ahead and founded Odoni Homes and Construction.
